My work focuses on platforms where structure, policy, and accountability shape the experience as much as user needs. I design calm, predictable systems for people working under pressure, with decisions grounded in clear responsibility boundaries, defensible interaction logic, and evidence traceability.

I specialise in environments where failure carries risk, including healthcare, aged care, and higher education platforms operating under regulatory, audit, and accessibility constraints. Recent work includes FHIR-aligned clinical and care systems, assessor-led funding reform, and institution-wide learning platforms, delivered in close partnership with product, engineering, and domain experts.

I bring a strong foundation in visual design and accessibility, informed by 20 years across branding, advertising, and design agencies. This supports clear hierarchy, restraint, and legibility across complex workflows rather than surface polish.

Postgraduate study in digital learning design informs how systems guide users through unfamiliar or high-stakes tasks. This strengthens onboarding and in-product guidance while reducing misuse, variation, and operational risk.

I work best where systems need to scale, rules matter, and clarity is non-negotiable.

Monash University

Thank you for all that you did. You will always be remembered at Monash because your design will be reproduced EVERYWHERE. Thanks for being such an important part of this project. You put your artistry into a dull place, and it is so much better for it... Thank you again.

Aged care offers a steep learning curve to anyone new to healthcare. Lisa has negotiated this and is well on her way to a deeper understanding of our users, our products and the industry. This is attributed in no small part to the inquisitive nature of Lisa and her thirst for knowledge.

She doesn't shy away from a challenge, as shown by her expanding involvement across both the Clinical Manager and Resident Manager products. She has actively engaged our clients to seek feedback and validation, as evidenced by her work on the admission templates and, more recently, AN-ACC.

Lisa has been an invaluable source of expertise, providing input as we shape and build out our DNA-R design system. Her honest assessment of our tools, processes and products speaks to her own values to be authentic, make it simple, show we care, and we are better together.
