Millions of Australians rely on Beyond Blue’s K10 checklist to understand their levels of anxiety and depression, yet the tool had high drop off and low completion rates. I worked as the UX researcher and designer to improve engagement by reshaping the form, refining its tone and visuals, and addressing the barriers people faced when starting, navigating and finishing the checklist.
