Redesign and standardise the learning platform to make it user-friendly

Monash University’s course management system (CMS) was difficult to use for both students and lecturers. This case study shows how I improved the overall usability of the system by introducing a standardised framework for course content across all 10 faculties, affecting thousands of learners who use it daily.
